Operator and agreement
Vaulted Nerd is an online storefront operated by Booo Media LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Booo Media LLC operating the Vaulted Nerd store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Return and Refund, Cancellation, Shipping, and Authenticity policies. Order acceptance and fulfillment
Checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after Stripe reports successful payment and we issue confirmation. Handling and carrier windows are estimates. We may cancel and refund for inventory, listing, pricing, fraud, address, legal, or payment issues.

We aim for accurate descriptions and availability. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued, and may be cancelled for inventory, pricing, fraud, or payment issues.
Condition and collectibles
Condition is assessed in good faith and documented in each listing. Images form part of the description. Market value can change and is not guaranteed.
Payments and taxes
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and totals are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, or use automated purchasing methods that create unfair access.
