Shipping area, charges, and timing
We currently ship to valid United States addresses accepted by checkout. Orders of $75 or more receive free tracked standard shipping; smaller orders pay the amount shown before payment. Paid in-stock orders are normally handled within 1–2 business days. Stripe’s 3–7 business-day delivery estimate begins after carrier acceptance and is not guaranteed.
Return authorization and refunds
Email info@vaultednerd.com within 14 calendar days after delivery before returning an eligible item. It must remain in identical condition with all accessories, labels, certificates, and protective packaging. After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is refunded only for our error or when law requires; customers pay preference-return shipping.
Exclusions and order problems
Opened sealed products, gift-card value, personalized items, and items marked final sale are not returnable except where law requires. For damage or a wrong item, email photos of the item, label, box, and packing within 48 hours and keep all packaging. Contact us promptly about a package marked delivered but missing.
Guarantee claims
If you reasonably believe an item purchased from Vaulted Nerd is counterfeit or materially misidentified, email info@vaultednerd.com with the order number, photographs, and supporting evidence. Keep the item unaltered. If our review confirms inauthenticity, we will provide return instructions and refund the purchase price, applicable tax, and standard shipping. This does not cover condition or value disagreements, altered items, or items not purchased from Vaulted Nerd.
Requesting cancellation
Email info@vaultednerd.com with your order number immediately. A request is not a cancellation until we confirm it. We can usually cancel only while an order remains unfulfilled; limited inventory is reserved once secure checkout begins.
After packing or shipment
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after packing, label purchase, or carrier handoff. If an eligible item has shipped, request a return after delivery under the Return and Refund Policy. Refusing delivery does not automatically create a refund.
Seller cancellation
Vaulted Nerd may cancel and refund an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, address or shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. We will notify the checkout email.
