Where we ship
Vaulted Nerd currently ships physical collectibles to valid United States addresses accepted by checkout. Available shipping service and its cost are shown before payment. Orders of $75 or more receive free tracked standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Processing
Paid, in-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the checkout email and issue any applicable refund.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts and scans the package. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–7 business days after carrier acceptance, but carrier dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Delayed or missing orders
Check the tracking link first. If tracking is unusually delayed, a package is marked delivered but missing, or it appears lost, email info@vaultednerd.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and help with the carrier process.
Damage in transit
If an order arrives damaged, keep the item, shipping box, label, and packing materials. Email info@vaultednerd.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and explain the next step.
