Seller and support
Booo Media LLC, operating the Vaulted Nerd store, is the seller for purchases made through this website. Start any return, refund, damage, or incorrect-order request by emailing info@vaultednerd.com with your order number.
Return eligibility and window
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery before sending an eligible item back. A return must be authorized and the item must remain in the same condition in which it was received, with all accessories, labels, certificates, and protective packaging.
Collectible-product restrictions
Opened sealed products, gift-card value, personalized items, altered items, and items marked final sale are not returnable except where law requires. An item must not be opened, used, modified, switched, or damaged after delivery. These restrictions do not limit remedies for an incorrect, damaged, or proven inauthentic item.
Made-to-order apparel
Apparel and accessories marked made to order are printed for you after payment and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or change of mind. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email photos to info@vaultednerd.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Refund process
After an authorized return arrives, we inspect it and email the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may need additional time to post a refund. Original outbound shipping is refunded for our error or when law requires; preference-return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, shipping label, box, and packing materials, and keep all packaging. We will review the order and provide the appropriate replacement, return, carrier-claim, or refund instructions.
