Shipping
In-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your package. Collectible shipping is based on package size: card mailers $6.99, small packages (slabs, games, comics) $7.49, boxes (sealed product, figures) $11.99, and large boxes $15.99. Collectible orders of $99 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Priority shipping is available at checkout from $12.99 and is estimated at 3–6 business days including handling, or costs the difference when standard shipping is free. Made-to-order apparel is printed and shipped by our print partner for $5.99.
Collector-safe packing
Cards ship sleeved and protected. Slabs, games, comics, and figures are individually cushioned and boxed to prevent movement in transit.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must return in the same condition and protective packaging. Final-sale, opened sealed products, and made-to-order apparel are excluded. Misprinted or defective apparel is replaced or refunded if reported within 14 days of delivery.
